Terms of Access
Legal entity name, registration number, registered address and final governing jurisdiction will be published once the operating entity details are formally confirmed. FXGMI does not fabricate corporate registration information.
1. Reveal service
FXGMI Reveal is a pre-launch membership and financial-intelligence experience. Features, services, eligibility, availability and timelines may evolve before full release.
2. Scope and responsibility
Reveal does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice. No profit, return or financial outcome is guaranteed, and members remain responsible for their own decisions.
3. Founder membership
Founder membership records participation in the founding community and may provide recognition, priority access, support or selected future pricing. Tier-specific benefits are subject to the terms presented at purchase.
4. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. FXGMI may restrict or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security threats or material violations of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
FXGMI names, branding, software, interfaces, designs, written materials and proprietary content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Membership does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
6. Referrals
Founder promotional rewards apply only to qualifying direct referrals under the current referral terms. The Founder referral program is single-level. Fraudulent, self-dealing or manipulated attribution may be rejected.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable mandatory consumer law.
8. Privacy and retention
Personal information is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Records are retained according to service, security, accounting and applicable legal requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FXGMI is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on information presented through the Reveal experience. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and termination
FXGMI may modify the pre-launch experience and may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material breach. Material terms applicable to a completed purchase remain subject to applicable law.
11. Disputes and governing law
The governing entity, registered jurisdiction and formal dispute mechanism will be stated before these Terms are relied upon as final production legal terms. Mandatory consumer rights in a user’s jurisdiction are not waived by this pre-launch notice.
12. Legal notices
Legal notices should be submitted through FXGMI Support until the dedicated legal mailbox and corporate registration details are formally published.
