FXGMI Reveal is designed to keep private account, contact and payment information separate from public Founder and referral surfaces.
1. Information we collect
FXGMI Reveal may collect account identity information, contact details, country or region, account security records, membership selections, referral attribution, payment references and support communications needed to operate the Reveal experience.
2. How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, verify eligibility, administer Founder access, process membership activity, provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain records and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Public Founder surfaces
Email addresses, phone numbers, payment details and other private account information are not intended to appear on public Founder, leaderboard or referral surfaces. Public-facing recognition may use approved member identifiers or profile information where applicable.
4. Payments and service providers
Payment and infrastructure providers may process information required to complete transactions or operate the service. Their processing is governed by their own applicable privacy and security terms in addition to FXGMI controls.
5. Security and access
FXGMI applies account, authentication and access controls designed to reduce unauthorized access. Members remain responsible for protecting passwords, authentication codes and account devices.
6. Retention
Records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
7. Your requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, or raise a privacy concern, through the FXGMI Support page. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
8. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the FXGMI Reveal service, operating entity details, service providers and legal requirements develop. Material changes will be reflected in the published policy.
