Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains the FXGMI Reveal refund framework. Any statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

Refund requests

Eligible refund requests are reviewed against the terms applicable when the Founder access purchase was made. Where a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal right applies, FXGMI will follow the applicable legal requirement.

Digital access

Activation, delivery or use of digital membership benefits may affect cancellation or withdrawal rights where permitted by law and where the member has provided any consent required by applicable law.

Crypto transactions

Blockchain transactions cannot themselves be reversed. An approved crypto refund is processed separately under the applicable refund terms and may require verification of the destination wallet and transaction record.

Referral rewards

A refunded or reversed qualifying purchase does not generate a referral reward. Related pending rewards may be cancelled and previously credited rewards may be adjusted where permitted by the referral terms.

Requesting a refund

Use the Support page and include the account email and relevant payment reference. Never send passwords, authentication codes or wallet private keys.
